Well, It’s pretty intense. Things are happening on the earth, human and cosmic energetic levels that are aligning for a perfect storm of tumult and intensity for our bodies, emotions and minds. This month is about going within, finding your core calm, your center point. Settle into your favorite comfy place to wait for this storm to blow over. Our guides have told me that they are sending us extra care and support. I invite you to say thank you to them in acceptance to receive their support. True gratitude is the currency of the world of energy and spirits. When you ask for help or pray, say thank you and it will be done.
If you’ve gone through some days of feeling in the dumps you are not alone. I am myself only now returning to balance after a tumultuous wave of very earthy and raw inner chaos for a few days. I didn’t see it coming. It hit me out of left field. January seemed so calm and easy but as we approached February, the energies hit like a freight train. Hello Fire Horse and the age of Aquarious. The earth and cosmos are speaking and they will be heard. 2012 was 12 years ago this year. We are out of the consciousness compression and expansion window just yet. We are in for more chaos and intensity before we can heal and rebuild our world anew.
The core message is to safeguard your energy from getting caught up in the external, especially in media this month. There is a lot of energetic traps set up for you that want your attention and it will drain your energy if you let it. It’s time to regulate the nervous system. Don’t give into the impulse to scroll. Let this month be your month to go within and settle into your core essence and truth. It’s time to prioritize self care.
Right now your body, emotions, mind, and soul needs your attention the most.
Create Your Self-care Protocol
Do you have a self-care first aid kit and protocol? If not then it’s time to write one. Start by focusing on your primary urgent needs of air, water, food, and sleep and build on that with your tried and true techniques for returning to and maintaining inner balance. Make sure to have 3 different effort levels per self care category so you can care for yourself according to your current energy level. Often times we set our expectations for ourselves too high which can become a barrier to actually taking care of yourself. When you need your first aid kit the most is usually when you are in your lowest moment. Let’s increase our self-care success rate by giving our future selves low bar options.
Start by asking yourself these questions:
When was the last time you consciously breathed? What kind of air are you breathing?
Easy: Take 3 deep breaths while thanking yourself and your body.
Medium: Open all your windows and air out the house to get fresh air and qi into your home. Do some breathing exercises.
High effort: Do some deep breathing and go for a walk preferably in nature
When was the last time you drank some water?
Easy: Get up and drink water
Medium: hold your water and thank the spirit of the water for being in it and healing your body
High effort: Fill a water bottle and keep it with you. Every time you sip your water have gratitude and say an affirmation in your mind (i.e. I’m always at the right place at the right time)
When was the last time you ate?
Easy: Eat something. Don’t get into your head about it if it’s perfect or not. You need fuel. Order take out if you can.
Medium: Focus on protein, veggies and fats to balance your blood sugar and reduce an insulin spike. If you have the energy make yourself something easy and uncomplicated that max takes you 5-10 min.
High Effort: Cook a good nutritious rounded meal and sit down and eat it. Eat your veggies first followed by your protein and fats then your carbs. This reduces your insulin spike which your body, emotions and mind will greatly thank you for.
When was the last time you slept?
Easy: Once you’ve done the above, go lay down. Rest your body. Don’t look at your phone. Listen to calming music with your eyes closed. Use an eye mask and ear plugs.
Medium: Close your curtains and take a nap. Tonight get into bed early so you can get more rest
High effort: take a shower or bath in low light to relax your body then take a nap or go to bed
This is a good start for building your self-care first aid protocol. Keep this somewhere that is always easily seen or accessible. Talk about it with a loved one so they know it exists and can bring it out and support you in performing self-care for yourself.
To build on this protocol, ask yourself:
What are your go to tried and true techniques and methods for self-care?
What daily rituals have you done in the past that help you remain balanced through life’s ups and downs?
Write them down. Add them to your protocol.
Create a daily ritual list for yourself and make sure it has 3 different effort levels per action so you can adjust it to your energy level of the day and always feel like you are succeeding.
Hey old friend, long time no see.
If you are here this is probably not our first life together. It’s been a few lifetimes. So good to finally reconnect with you. Look at us, here we are yet again showing up wide awake at crunch time on this beautiful planet. You are doing an amazing job.
We Are All Connected
What we experience can feel so incredibly personal yet it is most often not isolated to just you. We are all connected. The whole of creation is a united whole which the human mind has fractured into the distortion of individualism. We are a part of a living breathing biosphere of interconnection and interdependence that we live in and originate from. Our separation from earth and all life around us is a limited belief we’ve accepted as truth. The moment you release this belief your life will change forever and the world around you.
Our nervous systems dysregulate due to an inner personal life disturbance, an outer disturbance in the force or you are having an emotional flashback that is a complex post traumatic stress response. There is a lot going on in your life and the world. All it takes is an internal or external critic, a consciousness energy wave hitting the planet, intense events rippling through mass consciousness, fluctuations in the Earth’s electric and magnetic fields, the Schumann resonance, Solar flares or Astrological influences to throw you off balance. When in doubt, be kind and gentle to yourself.
That negative self-talk you are hearing is not you.
Those toxic internal thoughts can be quite convincing but they are fundamentally untrue. The spirit world is a place that most humans have yet to regain their sovereignty in, therefore it is a major source of our struggles. I won’t get into the deep mechanics of the spirit world but I can give you a neutral technique that is scientifically proven to chase away these toxic inner dialogues that drain our life force.
I will preface this technique by stating I am not religiously affiliated in any way to any group. I have my own deep connection to God Source that is my own, however I do value tried and true spiritual techniques and tools that dispel supernatural resistance, regardless of their religious affiliation. If this technique doesn’t resonate with you, move on to something that does. I’m not here to waste your time, only to offer simple tools that get you results.
When you are having spinning bad thoughts read or say this aloud at least three times:
"The lord is my shepherd; I shall not want, He maketh me to lie down in green pastures, He leadeth me beside the still waters, He restoreth my soul, He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake, Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: For Thou art with me, Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies, Thou anointest my head with oil, My cup runneth over, Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."
This poem/pslam has such a high vibration that it literally disintegrates all negative energies residing in your energy body or within the spirit world around you. I first learned about Psalm 23 from the book “We The Arcturians” - a channeled book from the 1980’s from a very positive extra terrestrial civilization here to support humans expand their consciousness. The Arcturians had a whole entire chapter breaking down the meaning behind each and every line of this poem/psalm. I was reminded of this psalm by a psychotherapist , Jerry Marzinsky BA M.Ed, that wrote the book, “An Amazing Journey into The Psychotic Mind - Breaking The Spell of The Ivory Tower” on schizophrenia and his experience working for 20 years in a mental hospital. He says this psalm was the number one method he gave to his patients to dispel the negative voices. Without getting into too much detail, let’s just say that the voices hated him for sharing this psalm.
So there you go. Another tool to add to your self-care first aid and spiritual empowerment tool kit.
Spend more time going within this month and do all the good things you know of to support yourself on all levels this month. In those really hard moments, just breath, drink some water and remind yourself that this too shall pass. The sun will shine again after the storm.
